Arianna Vignetti

Arianna Vignetti is the President and Founder of Road to 50%, a European association dedicated to promoting gender balance in politics and public institutions. She is a trainer for the Gender Equality Week and Road to Election projects, which aim to foster political participation and leadership skills among women and underrepresented groups. Moreover, she is the coordinator and founder of Mezzipertutte national campaign against sexual harrasment on public transport.
Additionally, Arianna serves as an Ambassador for the Antonio Megalizzi Foundation, advocating for raising awareness  of the European Union in schools.

Her achievements have been recognized internationally: she was selected as one of the 60 Young Leaders worldwide by the Women’s Forum for the Economy and Society, participating as a Youth Voice at the annual Global Meeting in Paris on November 28-29, 2022. Arianna holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations – Global Studies from LUISS University in Rome and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political and Social Science-International Affairs at Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna. She specializes in gender equality within the humanitarian sector, with a focus on the MENA region, and is currently engaged in gender equality projects in Southern Italy.
