Dr Dhriti Dhaundiyal studied Industrial Design in National Institute of Design, India and Urban Sustainability from King’s College, UK as a Chevening scholar, before pursuing doctoral research in participatory methods in public transport research. She has previously worked as an automobile designer in India and Japan for Tata Motors, Maruti India and Suzuki Japan. She founded the School of Design in Doon University and set up the program offering specializations in Product Design & Graphic Design. She is involved in field documentation and research in Uttarakhand at the grassroots level of the craft and development sectors.
