Kigozi Joseph is a Civil Engineer by training with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Makerere University and a Master of Science in Construction Management from the same university. He currently works with PROME Consultants Limited a Ugandan consultancy firm as a Traffic Engineer and the Deputy head of the Project Management and Business Development division. PROME Consultants Limited is a member firm under the Uganda Association of Consulting Engineers (UACE).
