Megha is a gender and inclusive mobility expert with over eight years of experience in developing and managing inclusive, sustainable urban development and mobility projects. Over the years, Megha has worked in internationally reputed research institutions, non-governmental organisations, and design firms and as a freelance research consultant to international organisations. She has extensive experience in conducting Gender, Equity Diversity and Inclusion (GEDI) analysis, urban transport policy evaluations, developing and implementing participatory planning frameworks, capacitybuilding modules, and publishing scientific reports. She is well-versed in the decarbonisation of transport, electric mobility, active mobility planning, child-friendly planning, and gender-inclusive mobility. Megha has a PhD in urban mobility planning from IIT Roorkee, India.
