Nora is a strategic leader with over 15 years of experience in sustainable urban development, public space advocacy, and international program management. Most recently, she led public programs at the Institute for Transportation and Development Policy (ITDP), hosting over 20 international events that engaged a global audience of 12,000+. She built ITDP’s first Learning Hub, producing multilingual courses that reached 10,000+ learners worldwide. Nora directed the MOBILIZE Program, a six-year collaboration with VREF, which brought together 250+ global practitioners and academics through conferences and study tours in cities like Bogotá, Fortaleza, and Dar es Salaam. She has managed $500,000 in grant projects, cultivated partnerships with government officials, NGOs, and donors, and developed tools to advance sustainable transport and equitable development.
