Olena Chernyshova

Olena has over 14 years of practical experience in the transport industry including five years of project development and management and significant experience in public transport operation research and policy development. Conducted comprehensive analysis of urban transport systems and regulatory framework including improving operation efficiency of urban transport and quality of service. Strategic thinker with proven skills in stakeholder’s management and change management. Provides support to the national and cities’ authorities in transport-related investment project planning and appraisal, mobility and transport project business development, infrastructure development strategies, infrastructure project implementation, development of action plans, and monitoring of implementation. International experience in the field of transport and mobility in Europe and Central Asia, extensive experience in Ukraine, managing projects under IFIs.
