Amalia Parra Zebadúa is an urban architect and restorer, Director of Mobility at the Ministry of Mobility and Transport, and a lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture of the Autonomous University of Chiapas (UNACH). She earned her PhD cum laude from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. She led the development of the Chiapas State Programme for Land-Use Planning and Urban Development and has worked on urban projects and neighbourhood planning grounded in cultural heritage and social participation.
