Andrea Obando is a psychologist with a master’s in International Development and Cooperation with a focus on gender, and a specialisation in econometrics. She works in Bogotá’s District Care System, analysing data to inform decision-making. She is interested in gender-responsive mobility because it reveals the different barriers people face, especially women and caregivers, and helps shape safer, more accessible and more inclusive policies.
