Dulce María Guevara López is a gender and climate policy specialist with more than ten years of experience integrating environmental rights and gender equality into climate strategies, green finance and the just energy transition. She has worked with GGGI, ICM and CFE, developing environmental, social and gender safeguards for FIRA and NADBank. She incorporates GESI approaches into National Adaptation Plans, NDCs and sustainable finance, strengthening the capacities of governments and development banks in Latin America.
