Federica Maria Raiti is a behavioural and development economist and Vice President of Road to 50%, a European association dedicated to promoting gender equality in politics, public institutions, and public space. Her work lies at the intersection of research, policy, and feminist advocacy, with a strong focus on mobility justice, active mobility, and gender-based harassment in public transport.

She is currently a researcher at the Institute for European Policymaking at Bocconi University, where she works on European social and labour-market policies, anti-poverty strategies, and inclusive policy design. Federica is also a PhD fellow in Socio-Economic and Statistical Studies at Sapienza University of Rome, with research in behavioural economics, climate change adaptation, and social inclusion.

Federica is involved in European and Horizon-funded research projects, including JUST STREETS, which promotes safer, healthier, and more inclusive streets by integrating mobility justice and feminist perspectives into urban and transport policies across Europe. Within Road to 50%, she co-leads the Mezzipertuttə campaign against sexual harassment in public transport, contributing to research, training, and policy advocacy aimed at making mobility systems safer and more inclusive for all.
