Patricia Salas is an architect and urban planner with 15 years of experience leading public investment projects, with a particular focus on mobility, urban regeneration and public space. She has served on technical standards committees for cycling and pedestrian infrastructure, helped develop regulations, worked as an independent consultant, and spoken on active mobility and urban regeneration. She is a member of the Urban Planning Commission of the Costa Rican Association of Architects.
