Rosa Elena Hernández Villarreal is an architect and lecturer who graduated from UANL, dedicated to observing, analysing and making visible the changes that transform our cities. Her experience of the loss of spaces with historical and social value led her to create ARRE Concept®, an initiative that turns urban reflection into illustrations, walks and workshops. She promotes collective memory, citizen participation and more human decisions about the spaces we inhabit.
