Roxana Montealegre Salvador has worked on urban mobility for 15 years. At municipal level she served as a councillor in Pachuca and later as a state legislator. In the federal government she headed the mobility directorate at SEDATU, where she coordinated the governance work behind the creation and publication of Mexico’s National Mobility and Road Safety Strategy (ENAMOV) and the set-up of the National Mobility System. She currently works as a consultant for KfW (Germany).
