Tania Chavez is Senior Manager of New Cities at What Works Cities, guiding Latin American cities to advance data- and evidence-based decision-making. She is an industrial designer with a master’s in Sustainable City and Public Space and complementary studies in public policy. She has experience in collaborative planning, active mobility and the participatory recovery of public spaces, and has worked with local governments, NGOs and architecture and urban planning firms.
