Wilma Alejandra Parra Molina is a communications specialist and journalist who has been an activist for 16 years. She specialises in active mobility, government social media content, and non-motorised and integrated mobility across transport modes. She is a political consultant across Latin America, a certified expert in forensic analysis of road traffic incidents, and holds a master’s in Political Communication and Marketing from Spain. She is currently the BYCS Bicycle Mayor of the State of Mexico and state delegate of the Coalición Movilidad Segura.
